Colleague Connection Part 4: Best Practices in Unusual Times
Presented by: Daniel Kalish, D.C.+ and Tom Blue
Tuesday, November 24, 2020
As 2020 comes to a close, there is a lot to reflect on as a community, industry, and as a world. In some ways, we’ve come so far. We have reconnected with patients, learned the values of going virtual, and supported our communities in unprecedented times. In other ways, we still have far to grow.
In our final Colleague Connection of the year, we are joined by experts Dr. Dan Kalish (Kalish Institute), and Tom Blue (VirtualPractices), to learn and discuss the state of our practices and how, as a community, we continue to evolve. Our panelists offer their own insights on practice resilience and will answer your questions about how to protect your practice and yourself in the future.
- Daniel Kalish, D.C.+, is the founder of the Kalish Institute, an online training program established in 2006 to build functional medicine practices. In 2017, he joined the Practice Implementation faculty at the Institute for Functional Medicine, forming a strategic partnership around My Practice Plan. This hands-on, online course addresses the lack of practice management instruction in the functional medicine arena by focusing on the ideal practice plan. Dr. Kalish has authored three books on this subject and has been a featured speaker at integrative medicine conferences nationwide.
- Tom Blue is a serial entrepreneur and recognized thought leader on the design of novel approaches to accelerate the application of emerging science and research in the day-to-day practice of medicine and personal health management.
